The short version: DJ Toolbox Pro runs entirely on your computer. Your music files are never uploaded anywhere. The only personal data we hold is the email address you give us to register a trial or receive a licence key.

Who we are

DJ Toolbox Pro is made by The DJ Toolbox Pro Team. You can reach us at djtoolboxpro@gmail.com.

What we collect

Your email address — when you start a free trial or buy a licence, so we can register the trial, deliver your licence key, and send renewal reminders and support replies.
Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Freemius, who act as the merchant of record. We never see or store your card or bank details. See Freemius's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

What we do NOT collect

We do not upload, copy, or transmit your music files. All analysis, extraction, conversion, and export happens locally on your device.
We do not track your activity inside the app, and the app works fully offline.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing.

How we use your email

Only to run your licence: activating your trial or subscription, sending your key and renewals, and answering support requests. We keep it for as long as your licence is active plus a reasonable period for records, then remove it on request.

The website

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email djtoolboxpro@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA) you may have additional legal rights, which we honour.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
